letting you know about the Art opening at the Newark Arts Alliance this Friday.

I have 2 pieces in this show =)

there will be snacks
and probably a few drinks
and it is free!!!!

Eggshells, glass and mirrors, a wire hanger, recycled yarn and fibers, a paper bag, a brass lamp base – those are just some of the materials that make up the work in the “Recycled Art Show.” The exhibit is currently open and the artists’ reception is

Maggie Creshkoff juried the entries. She’s a member of the “Trashy Women” art group, and members’ work is included in the show. The roster of artists includes Peter Caws, P.J. Foster, Debbie Hegedus, Nancy Breslin, Hope LaChance, Robanne Palmer, Anna Rushton-Mulqueeney, Pamela Skwish, Al Staszesky, Rebecca Sullivan, Kathy Tanner, Beverly Smoot, Michael White, Maggie Creshkoff, Trebs Thompson, Donna Steck, Heidi Hammel, and Sue Evet. The exhibit runs through May 1.
