Who? Lost Penis and Devilwoman and maybe more of Santa's little helpers

Why? SHINY OBJECTS!!!! Come look at pretty Christmas lights. 

Anything else?$5 hash cash. Hash will be A to B, with A and B both existing inside the 1.1 sq mile borough of Kennett Square and trail being more than 1.1 miles. Solve for trail. Show your work. 

Notes:
It's gonna be cold, it's gonna be dark and its going to last a few hours. Headlights, flash lights, Christmas lights, reflective material highly suggested. After 5pm metered street parking in the borough is free and so is the parking garage.
