The event is taking place in <a href="http://goruckchallenge.com/events/dover/">Dover</a> on December 3rd, and we think Hash House Harriers have a similar mindset. (Check out our recommended <a href="http://goruckchallenge.com/training">training beverage of choice</a> to see what we mean.)<br><br><div>Inspired by the most elite training offered to Special Forces soldiers and led by Green Berets, the GORUCK Challenge is a team event and never a race. Cadre lead classes of thirty on a 15-20 mile route that showcases the best of the city - think of it as a guided tour. Challenge takers all wear GORUCK bags filled with bricks - but if the Challenge were easy, you wouldn't sign up.<br><br></div><div>Everyone must work together, and it is a tough trek, but smiles abound. Everyone becomes closer friends, and I have never met people like those I met in these Challenges.
